FREDERIC TAUBES (1900-1981) Untitled Nudes Ink on heavy, creamy white textured paper Paper size: 20 x 15 inches Image size 14 x 7 inches Signed: Taubes (lower right)
Note: The high quality textured paper is even-toned creamy white unlike the photos. There are two small areas of adhesive on the upper margin (on the very edge) where hinges once were when the drawing was matted. Also, a bit of puckering in upper left corner that will be corrected with proper matting.
Frederic Taubes
Taubes taught and lectured from 1937 through to the 1970s at major
