Original drawing by Jesus Desangles Barreras. Comes in its own aluminum book/portfolio like cover and back and is bound with two hand rivets. The aluminum portfolio- not square- length is between 22-20 1/2 inches by 13 1/2-13 ¾ inches and is 1/8 of an inch thick.

The aluminum cover and its back are metal stamped—the front—ASOMBRA 2, Galeria Leonora Vega—and the back—16/30 (the edition) and Art Miami 93. Signed by the artist that made the aluminum portfolio, Aurora Cedeno Danielsen ’93. It is bound with 4 secure golden disks with rivets and a heavy maroon fabric strip.

When opened there are two pages one of heavy tracing paper and another of heavy stiff white Arches, France watercolor paper. When opened each one of the two pages measures 18 ¾ x 24 inches. Though the two pieces are folded in half making this a four page book with a aluminum wire that holds the pages down in the center---instead of a staple (if this were your usual 4 page book). Then each page measures 18 ¾ x 12 inches.

The first page (tracing paper) has printed on it in green ink the following poem in Spanish.

The last page (tracing paper) has printed on it in green ink Galeria Leonora Vega, EXPOSICION INTERNACIONAL DE ARTE DE MIAMI 1993.

The center page open –the watercolor paper has Desangles 1993 (the artist’s signature) and an original drawing in charcoal pencil that measures 18 ¾ x 12 inches. For some reason the photo of the signature page appears gray but it is crisp ivory white in flawless condition as is the aluminum portfolio. The portfolio and its drawing are the prefect art accessory for your coffee table.
